Fruit Vinegars

*Pineapple 'N Parsley*
~ Aged 2 years ~
"This is a very mellow, delightful tasting, vinegar with
lots of depth.  Also very medicinal.
Made from a fermentation of white pineapple with skins left on to extract the anti-inflammatory enzyme, bromelain.  After 1 year it is infused for 1 more year with parsley for more health benefits.
Bromelain from the pineapple is good for digesting microbes from diseased cells in the bronchial tissues and keeps joints and connective tissue healthy.  Pineapple has a remarkably high percentage of the important trace mineral, manganese , an essential component of digestive enzymes for proteins and carbohydrates." - Lyn, Beach Road Farm

*Fig Wine*
~ Aged 1.5 years ~
"Made from the Brown Turkey fig, this is a good, strong,
pungent vinegar - great health benefits with a meal and a little goes a long way in taste!
Fig aids digestion by cleansing and soothing the intestines.  High in calcium, figs also have a notable amount of protein, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium." - Lyn, Beach Road Farm
